Here are some details:

Guest Policy

Supervised children are welcome at the waterfront and inside dining areas. Due to the nature of the live fire grilling, we ask that children stay with an adult at all times.

Reservations and Cancellations

Our Asados are planned in advance to ensure we create the best experience possible for our guests. This can include sourcing hard-to-find ingredients. Additionally, we limit our Asados to one seating per evening. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the scheduled Asado. This applies to all pre-sold experiences, such as the Asador Club, Chef’s Table, Signature entrees, etc.

Standard dinner reservations require a credit card preauthorization. A $35 fee per guest will be assessed in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. Holiday policy restrictions and fees may differ, but are disclosed at time of booking your reservation.

Dining Experience

Our Asados are rain or shine occasions. We have covered dining areas in the event of rain.

Limited indoor seating is available subject to availability.

Asado Life offers a full bar featuring signature cocktails as well as a lovely beer and wine selection. We do not allow outside beverages of any kind.

We cannot accommodate substitutions or changes to our Chef’s Table experience & special menus.

Due to the nature of our protein-centric menu offerings, we are unable to offer vegan substitutions.

Each guest is required to have an entree selection.

Group Reservations and Parties

If you are joining friends, let us know and we will seat you together if possible. Please contact us for parties of 7 or more to ensure your entire party can be seated together. Parties of 7 or more are subject to an automatic 20% gratuity on beverages.

We do not allow individual checks for large parties. The total check can be split evenly among the guests.

To better serve all of our guests, we will not accommodate large parties without prior notice & approval.

Parking and Docking

We have dedicated parking available in front of the restaurant. We also have an additional gravel parking lot in front of the Pink Stork building.

Please call ahead if you plan to arrive by boat to ensure there will be dock space available. Asado Life dock slips are indicated by the BLUE post caps.

Decorations and Special Requests

Decorations for special occasions must be approved by Asado Life prior to your reservation date. We do not allow balloons on our patio spaces.

Comfort and Environment

We encourage our guests to dress accordingly for the weather. Fans and heaters are available, but guests should make an effort to ensure their own comfort. We make every effort to control mosquitos & no-see-ums. However, guests must acknowledge that insects are an inherent part of the outdoor environment. For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not use heaters in temperatures 65° or higher.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders, including desserts, will incur charges to the customer if there is a no-show or a late cancellation.

Photography and Marketing

We frequently take general photos & videos of our events for marketing material. Pursuant to F.S. §540.08, we do not specifically identify guests without prior consent.

Gift Card Redemption

Physical gift cards can be redeemed in person for dining experiences and retail merchandise. Toast gift cards are also redeemable on our ToastTab page.
