Urban Asado
Urban Asado is where it all started. Located on the San Sebastian river on Riberia Street where the shrimp boats dock, the original location is home to our grill fabrication studio.

Featuring handcrafted Urban Asado grills at the center of each outdoor kitchen, the spaces bring together food, fire, and durable outdoor living built for the waterfront.
The spirit of an Argentinian asado is family-friend oriented and focused more on the journey as opposed to the destination. While delicious food is included, an asado values the process of cooking and preparing the food as it facilitates a bond with loved ones. Our chefs employ Argentinian-inspired cooking methods including ember roasting, smoking and live-fire parilla grilling.
