The Dining Experience

Our enclosed dining areas offer comfort during inclement weather; however, we encourage guests to dress appropriately for the season and outdoor setting.

Parties of eight or more are typically accommodated on our covered patio unless otherwise arranged. Limited indoor seating is available based on availability, though we are unable to guarantee requests to relocate from your originally selected reservation area.

Asado Life features a full bar with signature cocktails alongside a curated selection of beer and wine. To maintain the integrity of the experience, outside beverages are not permitted.

Children & Supervision

We are pleased to welcome children to both our waterfront and indoor dining spaces. For their safety, and due to the nature of our live-fire cooking environment, all children must remain under close adult supervision at all times.

Menu & Culinary Approach

Our menus are thoughtfully curated to reflect a focused, fire-driven dining experience.

  • Each guest is required to select an entrée

  • Chef’s Table and specialty menus are presented as designed and cannot be modified

  • Due to the nature of our protein-centric offerings, vegan substitutions are not available

For private events or special accommodations, we invite you to connect with our events team.

Group Dining

If you are joining friends, let us know and we will seat you together if possible.

Please contact us for parties of 7 or more to ensure your entire party can be seated together. Parties of 7 or more are subject to an automatic 20% gratuity on beverages.

We do not allow individual checks for large parties. The total check can be split evenly among the guests.

To better serve all of our guests, we will not accommodate large parties without prior notice & approval.

Arrival & Parking

Complimentary parking is available directly in front of the restaurant, with additional overflow parking located at the gravel lot near the Pink Stork building.

Docking

Guests arriving by boat are welcome to utilize our dock slips, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis and marked by blue post caps. We recommend calling ahead for general availability.

Celebrations & Special Requests

We are thrilled to be part of your special occasions! All decorations must be approved in advance of your reservation.

For safety and environmental considerations, balloons and any airborne décor are not permitted in our outdoor spaces.

Comfort & Environment

As an open-air dining destination, we encourage guests to dress comfortably for the elements.

  • Fans and heaters are available for guest comfort

  • Heaters are not utilized when temperatures exceed 65°F

  • While we make every effort to manage mosquitos and no-see-ums, insects are a natural part of the outdoor environment

Screens and weather protections are adjusted at the discretion of our team based on conditions.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items, including desserts and specialty selections, are prepared in advance and will incur charges in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less a 5% processing fee.

Food & Beverage Policy

To preserve the quality and safety of the Asado Life experience:

  • All food and beverages must be provided by Asado Life unless otherwise approved in writing

  • Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted

  • All alcoholic beverages must be served by Asado Life staff

We reserve the right to responsibly limit or discontinue alcohol service at our discretion.

Reservations & Cancellations

For standard dining reservations made through OpenTable:

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation

  • Cards are used solely as a guarantee and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show

Cancellation Policy:

  • Reservations must be cancelled by the day prior to avoid penalty

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $35 per guest fee (excluding blackout dates)

Pre-Order Entrées:

  • Require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or modification

Credit Card Hold Requirement

Reservations require a valid credit card hold to be secured. Guests who choose not to provide a credit card will be considered walk-in guests and are not guaranteed a reservation. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

OpenTable will automatically cancel reservations without a credit card after 24 hours of booking.

Photography

We may occasionally capture general photography and videography for marketing purposes. In accordance with Florida Statute §540.08, guests will not be personally identified without consent.

To maintain an uninterrupted dining experience, professional photography and videography are permitted only for events held within a private or semi-private space.

Gift Card Redemption

Physical gift cards can be redeemed in person for dining experiences and retail merchandise. Toast gift cards are also redeemable on our ToastTab page.
